Fire Cider ACV + Kombucha Tonic

Directions: To use as an ant-viral preventative and detox support, take 1 Tablespoon to 1 Oz per day. At the first signs of sickness or infection, take same dosage 3-4 times daily until you are well. Take on empty stomach for detox or with food for sensitive stomachs.

Culinary Uses: delicious on cooked greens, salads, sti- frys, marinades, broths, bloody marys, etc. Get creative! Adding a splash will impart a well-rounded umami flavor to any dish.
