Our artisan Herbed Gauxt Cheeze (formerly "Pan") is made with sprouted cashews and sunflower kernels and is coated in an array of fresh herbs. It is earthy and bold and can be eaten warm or cold. It is great, sliced alongside our fermented veggies on a cheese board or crumbled over a fresh salad.
